Storm is an integrated combination of the popular Lightning Magnifier and Thunder Screenreader. Whatever appears on the computer screen can be magnified up to 32 times and it works well with most Windows applications and video clips. It is easy to install and just as easy to use.

Without needing to see the screen you will be able to write letters and documents, hear what you have typed letter by letter or word by word, change the speed and voice, and repeat what you have just heard and more. It will speak menus and dialog boxes. You will have full speech feedback for most text-based word processing tasks including editing documents in Microsoft Word, WordPad or Notepad.

CD and USB Stick - Storm CD version includes 2 British Realspeak voices, Daniel and Emily. Storm also includes a special portable USB memory stick. Storm runs directly from the USB stick and no files will be installed. Includes a RealSpeak voice.

The Storm settings screen can be expanded to display the options for viewing full screen, by lens, split screen, horizontal or vertical ruler. The size of the ruler or split screen can be easily modified using the size adjust buttons.

Storm will speak all windows menus and dialog boxes, allowing full control of your computer. It gives full speech feedback for most text-based word processing tasks including editing documents in Microsoft Word, WordPad or Notepad.

Storm helps you create letters using Microsoft Word, including providing a spell check function. It will also work with the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Outlook Windows Calculator, Messenger, Anti Virus programs and more...in fact Storm should speak the text from any accessible software program running on your computer.

Once Storm is installed, the computer will be able to speak masses of information on the Internet from accessible websites. You will be able to enjoy live radio broadcasts over the internet from anywhere around the world and fill in forms for Internet shopping, banking and more. To work on the Internet, Storm installs our special audio internet browser called WebbIE.
