ClaroCapture is one of our many study skills tools, and we’re pleased to announce that we have just updated it, giving it a new and improved user interface and adding some magic under the hood to make it faster and more responsive.

What’s new?

New ‘Sources’ tab

When you’re writing an academic piece, you’ll be expected to ‘cite’ all the sources you’ve used to support your ideas and list them at the end as a reference list or bibliography. This is where ClaroCapture comes into its own! In brief, ClaroCapture can collect text, audio and images from any document or web page, grouping them as a project file. The user just selects text from any computer application and adds it to the project. Images, audio and video files can be added as well. The file can then be sent to Word, PowerPoint or ClaroIdeas

Improved interoperability with Writing Helper

In the latest release, we have improved the management of references and sources, making it easier for the user to specify where the captures came from. We have also improved how ClaroCapture works together with another brilliant Claro Software study skills tool, the Writing Helper.
