All our Apps were tested and work fine on the new iOS 12. However, a small number of users have reported that after updating to iOS 12 they find that ClaroPDF closes about 3 seconds after it is started.
We have managed to replicate the problem. We are currently investigating to find a general solution. In the meantime, if you are affected, there are technical work-arounds: mail firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your device and we’ll identify what is best for you. Sorry for any inconvenience.
