Fixing ScreenRuler when the splash screen remains on screen

If the ScreenRuler splash screen remains on the screen when ScreenRuler is launched,  use the following procedure to reset the settings for ScreenRuler.

1. Close ScreenRuler.
2. Navigate to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Claro_Software
3. Delete any ScreenRuler.exe_UrI… folders.
4. Restart ScreenRuler.
