Symptom
No speech is heard from your device when you attempt to speak a phrase.
Solution
Things that you can check:

If the device has a physical mute switch on the side, it’s worth toggling that to see if it helps.
- Some apps can have different volume settings so ClaroCom could be muted or its volume might be turned down.

Swipe up on the Home screen and check that the mute isn’t enabled there. It’s the bell icon:

If that is OK, switch to ClaroCom and try increasing the volume using the device buttons or swiping up and adjusting the volume there.
