Fixing speech output in ClaroCom iOS

No speech is heard from your device when you attempt to speak a phrase. 


Things that you can check:

  • If the device has a physical mute switch on the side, it’s worth toggling that to see if it helps.

  • Some apps can have different volume settings so ClaroCom could be muted or its volume might be turned down.
  • Swipe up on the Home screen and check that the mute isn’t enabled there.  It’s the bell icon:

  • If that is OK, switch to ClaroCom and try increasing the volume using the device buttons or swiping up and adjusting the volume there.
